You're an extraordinary mortgage broker! Thank you so much for all you did to help me buy my place. I have dealt with several mortgage brokers in the past, but none who have taken the time to fully explain the mortgage process, the various loans available, and all the details of my loan as you did. None of them who have been as proactive as you've been throughout the entire process. And absolutely none who actually came to my closing like you did to guarantee that the money would be there and to answer any questions.
Monika, you met all of my mortgage goals and were responsive to my needs, always putting my interests first. When I asked how different down-payment percentages would affect my monthly payments at various interest rates, you provided me with all the information in easy to understand ways. When I had questions regarding future mortgage options, you explained in full what they were. On top of this, you were available at offbeat times to facilitate this process as it was difficult for me to do it during the business day.
In addition, you were so proactive about communicating with me prior to my signing on with you and afterwards up through the closing day. You also went above and beyond in this regard, like that Saturday when you called to tell me that I would need to sign paperwork to get the low mortgage rate I was hoping for and met me at a coffee shop to ensure it got done that day even though you had a cold. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that and this is what I loved about working with you.
So, if I had to rate the level of service you provided me on a 1-to-10 scale, I would give it an 11! You exceeded my expectations as a mortgage broker. And I would give you a 10 for fulfilling the promises you made regarding closing costs--you didn't pull any punches with me, which I think is always a concern for people searching for the best loan available.
